Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Sale Item Returns
Sale items are strictly final and not eligible for return unless faulty. This includes any promotional sales with the exception of our welcome discount code.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
